How does the general public ticket lottery process work?

Fans could apply for tickets at UEFA.com/tickets until 11:00 CEST on 23 June 2026.

To submit an application, fans were required to download the UEFA Mobile Tickets app and register the mobile phone they will use to enter the stadium on match day.

Following the closure of the application window, UEFA will run a lottery across all valid ticket applications to determine the allocation of tickets.

By now, all applicants should have been notified by email regarding the outcome of their ticket application. Successful applicants will receive an email with instructions to buy their tickets.

Should successful applicants no longer be able to attend the match, they will be able to offer their tickets at face value on the official resale platform. Access to purchase resale tickets will first be granted to fans who were unsuccessful in the lottery. Further information on the resale platform will be communicated in due course.
