I can no longer access the phone I used to register i the UEFA Mobile Tickets app. What should I do?
You can only log in to the UEFA Mobile Tickets app from one phone, and this must be the one you first used to register. This means that you must use this phone to access the stadium.
If you can no longer access the original device, you will need to visit the Ticketing Centre near the stadium on the day of the match or the day before. For our staff to assist you, you will need to go there in person and bring with you:
Your original ID/passport - Copies or photos will not be accepted
Your smartphone
Your order confirmation or the email notification you received when the ticket was transferred to you
